To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including products of a hygienic nature such as underwear, socks, shapewear, and similar intimate items once opened.

Electronic items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

Items purchased on sale may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds
