Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During our Spring Sale, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3–16 business days depending on your location. We offer worldwide shipping. For deliveries within Australia, we aim to deliver within the lower end of this timeframe.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Any free shipping options will be clearly displayed on our website.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become visible.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us promptly at support@mercerandbloom.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, however your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. You may return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy upon receipt.
Customs and Duties for International Orders
For customers outside Australia, customs fees, duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
GST for Australian Customers
All prices displayed on our website for Australian customers include Goods and Services Tax (GST) in accordance with Australian law. No additional tax will be added at checkout for Australian orders.
