Return Eligibility

Customers located in the United Kingdom may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer cancellation rights.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and, where applicable, returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie, or other intimate items for hygienic reasons, if they have been opened, used, worn, or removed from their original packaging.

  • Personalised or made-to-order items.

  • Items that show signs of use or are not returned in their original condition.

Sale items may be returned in accordance with applicable UK consumer cancellation rights, unless a legal exception applies.

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Order Cancellations

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may still request a return after receiving your order, in accordance with this refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

Mercer & Bloom does not cover return shipping costs for returns due to change of mind, wrong size, personal preference, or no longer wanting the item.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs to our international returns warehouse, unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Return shipping costs may vary depending on your country, carrier, package size, and chosen shipping method.

International Returns Warehouse

All approved returns must be sent to our international returns warehouse.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return warehouse address.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the parcel until it reaches our international returns warehouse.

Return Label Requirement

All returned orders must include a return label or return information with your shipment, including your order number and customer details.

Returns without the required return information may not be approved for a refund, as we may be unable to identify the order.

Conditions for Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return and refund for customers located in the United Kingdom, in accordance with applicable UK consumer cancellation rights.

All returns of sale items must be sent to our international returns warehouse.

For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, personal preference, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping to our international returns warehouse.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are not refundable, unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, or where required by applicable law.
